Artifakts is the ever-evolving, electronic hip-hop project of Garret Meyer and William Thompson. Ranging from gritty down-sampled soulful stomp to mellow, airy and ambient hip hop, Artifakts has carved out a unique sound that not even trip hop can touch. Hailing out of small town Newton, Wisconsin, 20 year old Garret began the collaborative project “Artifakts” in February 2012
